| Fort Collins Temple Groundbreaking |
We had the special opportunity to attend the Fort Collins Temple groundbreaking. The event was by invitation only so we were not planning on it, but late Friday night our Bishop called and said he had a few extra tickets and wondered if our family would be interested in going. Of course we said, "YES!" We are so excited to have a temple so close. What a blessing.
Before the actual ceremony started it was so hot. I wondered how we were going to be able to stand the heat for the next hour. However, just as it began the clouds covered the sun for the entire hour. Immediately after it ended the sun came back out. Coincidence? I think not!

That picture needs to be framed! You look beautiful! Monty looks so proud and the boys look like they are ready to help get that Temple built!
I am wondering...how hot was it? I have a new definition of the word "hot"...it is 110 and above.
What an amazing experience for your family! One I'm sure you will all talk about and remember for the rest of your lives. What a great blessing those clouds were. Heavenly Father really does love us. And it's so great that you recognize and give Him credit for his sweet blessing. You are awesome!
Seeing that picture brought tears to my eyes...what an awesome experience for your family. And a picture to remember it by is even better! :) We really need to get together...I always forget that we live in the same state! :)
