Summer night dinners
One of my favorite parts on Summer is when Monty bbq's. When the weather is hot and I don't want to turn on the oven he is always willing to BBQ. Tonight he is even spoiling me with Rib Eye! Kinda have a weakness for the stuff with this awesome blue cheese butter on top! Seriously delicious! Thanks babe! You are awesome. We better head to the gym tonight!:).

blue cheese butter huh? sounds good. We love the grill veggies. cut up potatoes, fresh green beans, chopped onion, sliced zucchini, baby carrots and my favorite MUSHROOMS! toss 'em with olive oil and some seasonings...wrap it all in foil and throw it on the grill to cook while you're grilling the meat. Have you done veggies that way? it's good. Just writing about it makes me want to grill veggies tonight!
