Kory turned 8 back in October and has been excited for his baptism day. They do stake baptisms here, but the November baptism was the day of the half marathon, so Kory kindly waited a month till the December baptisms. He was baptized on December 1st, 2012!!

I totally admit that I got a little chocked up seeing our little man in white. He was so excited for his baptism day. He couldn't wait to be baptized. Monty said Kory told him after he was baptized that he wished he could have staying in the water longer.

After the baptism we had a fun remainder of the day. We went out to lunch at the place Kory choose, Nordy's and went to get cookies down town. Then we went to the park and enjoyed some fresh air. It was a perfect day!!

What a treat for me, to sit here and get to catch up on your blog! It's always fun to see your pictures and hear what you guys are up to. How exciting for Kory to get baptized! I teach that age group in primary, and it's been so fun watching each child get so excited as their baptism day approaches. It would have been even more amazing if Kory had been in my class! What a great bunch of pictures to remember an awesome few days! Thanks for doing this. Each picture brings a video of memories! I didn't realize the boys were having a snowball fight until I read it on the blog. That is so funny! Excuse me, I have to look at the pictures again . . .
